These terms govern any paid TITAN AI subscription or trial license. The full executed MSA, which controls in case of conflict, is provided at contract signing. A summary follows.
TITAN AI grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the agents on the tier purchased, for the term specified, against the cloud accounts identified in the order form. License tokens are bound to the Customer’s organization and may not be sublicensed.
Trial licenses are read-only, valid for fourteen days, and may not be used in production environments. The license expires automatically; no recurring billing.
Paid subscriptions run for one year by default unless otherwise specified. Auto-renewal is opt-in, not opt-out. Cancellation requires at least thirty days’ written notice before the renewal date.
Pricing is per cloud subscription or per 500 employees, whichever is greater, unless the order form specifies otherwise. Enterprise tiers are scoped to a customer-wide use grant.
Customer agrees not to attempt to circumvent the license enforcement, decompile the agents, or remove the SLSA attestation chain.
TITAN AI’s aggregate liability is capped at twelve months of fees paid for the tier in question. We do not accept liability for consequential damages, lost profits, or third-party claims arising out of the Customer’s decision to apply or not apply a finding.
Either party may terminate for material breach with thirty days’ written notice and a chance to cure. On termination, the license token is revoked and the agent fleet returns no findings until a new license is issued.
